SSP: Updating VC Connection After Credential or Certificate Changes

Issue/Introduction

During the Infra VC certs or username/password changes, SSPI will not sync up with VC internally. As a result, user won't be able to perform scale-out or interacts with troubleshooting.

Environment

SSPI 5.0

Cause

SSPI does not proactively monitor VC certificate or credential changes. User is expected to update the SSPI in this situation via UI

 

Resolution

Go to Instance Management -> Edit the VC connection and add the updated root cert or username/password.
