Invalid database views in 16.3.0

Issue/Introduction

Upon upgrading to 16.3.0 or installing a new 16.3.0 Clarity system, there are invalid views in the system. We are unable to compile them as they refer to columns or tables that are no longer present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Install a new vanilla 16.3.0 Clarity
2. Run admin db compile or check the database objects with database analyze tool

Expected Results: All objects to be compiled

Actual Results: The below invalid views will not compile

        Following object(s) are invalid:

                ODFSEC_ODF_UI_ACTIONS_V2
                ODFSEC_ODF_UI_LISTCOLUMN_V2
                ODFSEC_ODF_UI_VIEWSETTING_V2
                ODFSEC_ODF_VIS_WIDGET_CONF_V2

                ODF_ODF_UI_VIEWSETTING_V2
                ODF_ODF_VIS_WIDGET_CONF_V2

Resolution

This is DE157613, fixed in 16.3.2

No action is required on customer/DBA side.
