Register new Usage Meter button not visible on the Cloud Services Console Portal

Issue/Introduction

After logging in to the Cloud Services Console Portal, there is no option to register a new Usage Meter option under Billing & Subscriptions -> Usage Management

Environment

VMware vCloud Usage Meter 4.8 

Cause

The user trying to register a new Usage Meter is missing 'Usage Administrator' role

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow the below steps:

• Login to the Cloud Services Console Portal with an Org Admin account
• Navigate to Identity & Access Management > Active Users > Edit Roles and assign the user 'usage administrator' role
