Issue/Introduction

Unable to proceed with inplace upgrade after database access screen, where the screen freezes after inserting the username and password without any error.

Environment

SEE 11.4 MPX, SEE 12.0, SEE 12.0.1

Cause

"Computer Browser" service in their environment either in the SEE server or in AD.

Resolution

Disable the "Computer Browser" service running in their environment from AD and SEE server system.
