The absence of customer Tenant RDS RI assets in the asset report may be attributed to the fact that the AWS accounts are not in a healthy state, which hinders the collection of RIFee cost information under customer tenants.
1. Follow the guidance provided in the platform to get the AWS account Healthy.
2. Once the account is Healthy, check if RDS RI information gets collected under the asset report. Be advised it may take up to 24 hours to gather the RDS RI information and display in the asset report.
3. If the Historical Month RDS RIFee is absent, Technical Support may need to reprocess the data.
