When attempting to initiate an edge upgrade, the upgrade fails

This issue can occur when the edge image files are not within the correct directory of the VECO infrastructure. This can typically occur after migrating the VECO infrastructures.
If this is an on-prem VECO, investigate if the VECO directory that holds the edge images is not empty and has the correct images that you want to download. If this is a Broadcom managed VECO, open a Broadcom VECO support ticket and add this article within the problem description. Support will need to work with edge ops in the backend to have his resolved.
