Staffing Allocations Display shows incorrect duplicated columns and labels in view

Issue/Introduction

When configuring Staffing – Allocations by Resource and Allocations by Investments view to add Allocations Display with more metrics, the added columns display duplicated 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Connect to Clarity MUX – Staffing
2. Go to Allocations by Resource with some data available in there
3. Go to View Options
4. In Allocations Display note Allocation is selected.
5. Pick Actuals
6. Page is refreshed

Expected Results:   To see two columns per period – Allocation / Actuals and corresponding data for each metric

Actual Results: We see some columns Allocation / Actuals correctly, and some just Allocation / Allocation. The same issue is present if Hard Allocation is added in Allocations Display. The data in the columns also belongs to the wrong metrics it's not just the label

This issue is happening in Allocations by Investment and Allocations by Resource page in Staffing

• Fixed in Clarity 16.3.2
• Targeted for Clarity 16.2.3 Patch 3 (16.2.3.3)

Workaround: Do not add two metrics in the same MUX View, use a separate view for each metric and flip the views to compare them.
