Issue/Introduction

The upgrade of the Reporter Server is failing with the error message below.

Environment

Product: CA Automic Dollar Universe Reporter Server v6.x

Cause

The issue is that an incorrect option was used. The option d is used to upgrade the Reporter Client installed on Dollar Universe Application Server instead of an option s for the Reporter Server,

Enter Installation Type   : d

 

 

Resolution

Please use the option s to upgrade the Reporter Server.
