If a Partner Billing Rule is not reflected in the end customer tenant, check if there are AWS accounts assigned in channel customer's Partner Generated Billing (PGB) billing blocks. End customers must have AWS accounts assigned in Billing Blocks for AWS Partner Billing Rules to apply. If the customer has no Billing Blocks in their PGB, the billing rule will not apply to the selected customer.
