Issue/Introduction
What is the origin of the data from the tag value we see in the asset inventory report vs the resource tag showing in the Flex report?
Resolution
Asset report > Azure Tags in Assets report are collected using the "Azure Resource Management (ARM) service API".
FlexReport > Azure tags in FlexReports are coming from Azure bills and those bills are collected using the Azure Cost Management API for EA and MCA account types.
