Monitor PV storage usage on Elastic nodes on DX UIM with openshift

Issue/Introduction

DX UIM Openshift probe (1.02) collects some storage metrics for Persistent Volume (PV) like:

QOS_OPENSHIFT_PV_STORAGE_CAPACITY

However, it does not collect storage usage, only actual capacity, so not usable for percentage filling.

A Feature exists (F149412) to enhance the probe to deliver consumption metrics for a PV such as storage usage.

As of December 2024 there is no ETA for release of this feature.
