OpenApi document Assertion failing post upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Validate against OpenApi document Assertion was validating Content-Type, Accept headers by default even when 'Validate Headers' checkbox was not enabled.

Previous version of the 'Validate against OpenApi document' assertion, validates headers only when the option 'Validate Headers' is enabled.

API Gateway 11.0 CR02

Resolution

We have created a hot fix for this situation.
