Rabbitmq: erpc, noconnection when joining the existing Rabbitmq cluster

Issue/Introduction

Under some situations, you may get the "erpc, noconnection" error message when adding the new rabbitmq node to the existing cluster, such as:

 

Resolution

There are many possible reasons for this issue. For example, the firewall policy bock the port, the network unaccessible.

The first action you should take is to check the erlang cookie file. You MUST make sure it is identical in all nodes within a cluster. 

Regarding this case, we check the erlang cookie and found they were different.  

 

The issue was fixed finally after using the same erlang cookie.
