Action Item Notification Missing Information

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrade to 16.3.0, for a Custom Object, a Blueprint Rule is triggering an Action Item notification, but the information passed for some attributes are missing.

1. Create a Custom Object
2. In MUX Administration access "Action Items" and create a new Action Item for the Custom Object. In the "Message" field click "Add attribute" and add several, "created_date" and "name" for example.
3. Create a new Blueprint for the Custom Object. Create a Rule to trigger the Action Item.
4. Open an item for the Custom Object, and perform the criteria to trigger the Action Item.
5. The Action Item notification is logged and received.

Expected Results:
All of the values in the Message field that were added should display.

Actual Results:
The "Name" value will display, but the "created_date" will be blank

Workaround:
None
