DLP Detection Server status shows as "Connected" instead of "Running"

Issue/Introduction

Enforce setup on new hardware as well as detection servers. Most detection servers start up without an issue.

Expected state after install is "Running", but this server is reported as "Connected" in the Enforce console.

Environment

DLP 16.1

Resolution

Remove detector from the Enforce console, then add the detector back to the Enforce console.

A service restart should not be required.

If on 16.1 then upgrade to at least 16.1 MP1
