Modern UX - Timesheet calendar shows the year incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create time periods (Classic UI -> Administration -> Time Reporting Periods) as below:
  Dec 23, 2024 - Dec 29, 2024
  Dec 30, 2024 - Dec 31, 2024
  Jan 1, 2025 - Jan 5, 2025
2. Navigate to the Modern UX -> Timesheets
3. Load the time period for Dec 30, 2024 to Dec 31, 2024, by clicking on either Dec 30 or Dec 31

Expected Result: The application shows the time period selected as 'Dec 30 2024 - Dec 31 2024'
Actual Result: The application shows the time period selected as 'Dec 30 2024 - Dec 31 2025'
