Issue/Introduction
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an automation between Rally and ServiceNow
- Simulate a Sync Failure on one of the record.
- Update the 'last_sync_error' in record_map table with the encrypted string attached 'sync_failure_encrypted_string.txt'
- Login to Dashboard and search for the RecordID where you updated the last_sync_error.
Actual Results:
Wait for a few seconds, and notice the ConnectALL Dashboard getting redirected to ServiceNow Developer Portal
Expected Results:
User should not be redirected to ServiceNow leaving ConnectALL UI
Resolution
Delete error from last_sync_error for said record in record_map
