Unable to mount remote datastore - Client host cannot connect to server hosts

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Below errors are reported while trying to mount the remote datastore from a vSAN Max cluster.

"Client host <client_hostname> cannot connect to server hosts 
<vsan_IPAddress of vSAN Max cluster>"

Environment

VMware vSAN Max

Cause

This issue is caused due to the connectivity issue on vSAN network between the vSAN client hosts and the vSAN Max cluster.

Resolution

Fix the connectivity issue on vSAN network between the vSAN client hosts and the vSAN Max cluster.
Make sure that the client hosts and vSAN Max cluster host using the same MTU on the vSAN network.
