Issue/Introduction

Spontaneous reboots on occur on Dell Optiplex Micro 7020 Windows 11 computers with SEP installed. 

Cause

This BSOD is due to the intel ethernet driver e1d.sys: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (17) I219-LM.

Resolution

Update the Intel ethernet driver e1d.sys. 

 

Alternate fix, issue was addressed in SEP 14.3 RU9 P1
