Issue/Introduction

Audit is blank for any new value in a static dependent lookup 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to Project Object>>Audit Trail
2. Add Stage under Audited Attributes
3. Go to Project grid in MUX and Update Stage
4. In the Audit module, everything looks correct
5. Go to Admin>>Lookups>>Investment Type
6. Go to the Values and add a new value
7. Go to the MUX Project grid page and update the Stage attribute to the new one
8. Go to the Audit Module
9. The New Value will appear blank.

Expected Results: The last entry will have the Old Value and New Value

Actual Results: The New Value will appear blank.

Workaround: Remove the attribute from the project audit trail and add it back
