Issue/Introduction

 

As part of TCA upgrade you have to upgrade the add-on when going from TCA 2.3 to TCA 3.2. When you try to update the add-on you will see this warning message.

Resolution

• In order to check what might be stopping you from upgrading the add-on go to Administration > Connected Endpoints and then validate if all the End points are connected
• Also validate if there are any out standing alarms under Administration > Alarms. Acknowledge and deleted the alarms that needs to be removed
