MUX Version after Clarity upgrade

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

After Clarity upgrade, we noticed the MUX version in MUX - About is incorrect (does not match another upgraded environment). Also in Health Report is showing Red. The upgrade and patch is successful and no errors in install.log

Environment

All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

Remove and redeploy services

  1. Run the command: 
    service status all 
    Note the services you have currently deployed
  2. Run the commands:
    service stop remove all
    service add app bg nsa beacon
    Use the same services as you noted above
  3. Run the command:
    service start all
  4. See if that helps display the MUX version correctly in Health Report and MUX - Avatar - About

Best Practices: 

  • Broadcom Support recommends to stop and remove the services before each Clarity upgrade or patch install
