After manually changing the license type on the Cloud via CLI or API all virtual services were marked in down state (red) with fault reason 'Deserialization fault'

Affects All Versions running SE groups older than 21.1.3
This is a known license incompatibility issue between versions when the license type is manually changed in the cloud with a controller running 21.1.3 or newer version and SE Groups are in a version older than 21.1.3.
Upgrade your Service Engine Groups to the same version as your controller or the fix versions below.
