autosys_secure is an interactive application and only some options allow to be operated silently.
AutoSys Workload Automation
Create a text file with the option values that needed to be selected interactively and input that file to autosys_secure.
For example, lets say Unauthenticated user mode = TRUSTALL is to be set. The path that one would take is:
