Under certain conditions, when you attempt to delete a vCenter cloud, the cloud fails to delete.
The user may be presented with an error message such as "Cloud xx cleanup is not successful", or no message may appear but the cloud continues to exist after deleting.
This may occur because existing vCenter cloud resources are still be present which were not automatically cleaned up, preventing the cloud from being deleted.
The solution is to convert the cloud to a "No Orchestrator Cloud". This will remove all the existing vCenter objects from the cloud.
This can be performed through the UI by going to Infrastructure > Clouds and clicking the icon of the circle with the line through it next to the cloud that is to be deleted.
After converting to No Orchestrator cloud, it should be able to be deleted successfully.
