Synch not occurring for some artifacts in ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

Synchronization is not occurring for some artifacts.  Logs may show the following message:

ERROR 2024-12-11 15:58:05,956 [<nodeIdentifier>| <automationName> | [<pollId> | | {<groupName>}][(connectall-flows) thread #99999 - Split] com.go2group.connectall.model.transformer.model.api.SearchForIssuesTransformer: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'record_map_unique_index'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.record_map'. The duplicate key value is (sourceRecordId_-9999999999, destRecordId_-9999999999, 99999999999, 999999999999).
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'record_map_unique_index'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.record_map'. The duplicate key value is (sourceRecordId_-9999999999, destRecordId_-9999999999, 99999999999, 999999999999).

 

Resolution

1. Go to the Dashboard in ConnectALL and scroll down to the Related Artifacts section
2. Search for the ID of the work item
3. Then, off to the right, click the checkbox under the trash can icon
4. Click the trash can icon
5. Choose Dashboard and Database
6. Click Confirm
7. Rerun the synch that wasn't running correctly
