Cause

This message indicates that a file cannot be scanned. In most cases this is a limitation of the Decomposer Engine's ability to scan compressed or locked files and does not indicate a malfunction in the product.

Resolution

The errors do not indicate a malfunction in the product. The decomposer errors cannot be eliminated from system logs; they may be useful in alerting you to corrupt archives or deeply-compressed files that should be excluded from scans by Decomposer Engine.
