Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to DevTest 10.8, noticed 3 issues: 

1. Inspection View shows the wrong Timestamp date for all virtual services. Seeing the date of 12/31/2023 for all virtual services.

2.  Download Mar files from Portal  is downloading "undefined mar" files with no data

3. Roles and Resource Groups

 Irrespective of resource group, users are able to see all the VSE's and we are able to deploy to other VSE components. 

 

 **  This patch is available for 10.8.1, too.
