MOI data feed suddenly stopped and the MOI Hub appears to be down

Issue/Introduction

MOI data feed is suddenly stopped and the MOI Hub appears to be down.  No data is showing on the MOI interfaces MTCAC or MPMUI. 

Environment

MOI 2.1 IE6

Resolution

In review of your MOI data feed for the lpars in question by requesting an MOI dump, we see that the MOI Hub appears to be starting and stopping due to a memory size limitation. 

To resolve, increase the memory in the MOI Hub by placing the following line anywhere within the .env environment variable:    /var/opt/moi/share/custom_plex_params.env

JVM_XMX_MSGSERVICEHUB=2560m

Once this is done, a restart of MOI is required.
