Changes not reflecting in summary widget forecasted data after applying advanced growth factor

Issue/Introduction

Forecasted data is not getting updated in the summary widget after applying advanced growth factor to AWS or Azure services and GCP product categories for any duration (Annually, Monthly, or Quarterly)

Resolution

Growth at the services or product level does not impact the summary widget while applying advanced growth factor.  
This means that the summary widget will not change when we apply advanced growth factor at the service or product level.
