sap_basis SNC not working

Issue/Introduction

We tried to put all SNC parameters in the probe profile , it show responding but sap_basis probe still generates alarm it is not responding.

Environment

sap_basis 2.08 and later

Resolution

1. For SAP SNC , SAP user should be part of AD user is a prerequisite.
2.  Exchanging certificates between UIM and SAP for SNC connection is also a prerequisite and must do activity.
3. Install SNC Logon Client to connect will help identify any SNC connection issues as troubleshooting Secure Network Communication(SNC) is complex. 
4. Setting up SECUDIR and SNC_LIB is also a prerequisite to connect from application.
5. We have tested and certified with SAP Netweaver 7.50,where sap_basis is one of the module.
