Date Field issues in Investment Extension Custom Object When System Language is Set to Turkish

Issue/Introduction

When language and locale are set to Turkish (Just language to Turkish enough for Issue):

• Any Date fields on the CIT grids cannot be edited. For example: Default date attribute "Start"
  
  Error: 'API-1019 : İç hata nedeniyle istek işlenemedi.' / 'API-1019: The request could not be processed due to internal error.'
  
  
  
  
• Finding the same error on the details flyout
  
  
  
• Creating new investment instances also fails if the language is set as Turkish.
  
  Error : 'Ekleme veya güncelleme için yatırım türü kodu alınamadı.'/ 'Could not retrieve investment type code for adding or updating.'

Resolution

The issue cannot be replicated in 16.3.1.
