Dashboard Designer Pie V2 Widget limitations in DX UIM 23.4CU2

Issue/Introduction

In DX UIM 23.4CU2, the Dashboard Designer Pie V2 chart has some limitations:

• Data alignment (starts at 3 o'clock)
• Legend: goes by default underneath the chart, which makes it hard to read in some cases.
• The tooltip/hoover information displayed over is limited in comparison to Pie V1

 DX UIM 23.4CU3 which is expected to be released in January 2025, includes a new updated version of the Pie V2 widget. 

The following changes will be released Pie Chart V2 version with the CU3 Operator Console patch: 

• Smaller section to be started from 12 O'clock.
• More information (as in V1) to be displayed in ToolTip.
• Introduced a Checkbox to show legend vertically (by default legend will be displayed horizontally as before).
  Note: Showing Legend vertically must adequate width in order to be displayed correctly. If Pie chart is very small the Legend can get hidden so in that switch back to Horizonal Legend.
