Setting up CDS for Email in CMP in Reflect Mode

Environment

DLP 16.x

Resolution

Setting up CDS for EMAIL in Reflect Mode:

Go to: cmp.protect.broadcom.com

Login with your Domain Admin account: ( for example: [email protected] )

On the initial load page select: "Cloud Service Configuration" 

On the new page select: “Configure CDS for Email”

On the Configure CDS for Email page select “Configure”

  • Sample naming convention

Select next

Select reflect mode:

Select Next:

Configure CDS for Email: - This can be obtained from your O365 domains MX record 

Select configure

Select Yes

Once configured you will see:

Now you will wait for an email confirmation the process is completed ( On average 1-2 business days )

Once the deployment is complete you will receive a setup email from Symantec DLP Cloud Services:
