Routing rules to agent are not the same as Evaluate Routing Rules

Issue/Introduction

Testing Evaluate Routing rules; it shows the route correctly going to the right site/managers.

However, during a data collection job the route is going to a different site/managers that don't have access to the agents.

Cause

This is currently being investigated by engineering.

Resolution

This issue is currently being investigated.

The agent has extra IP addresses assigned to it that are a part of a different routing rule, removing those extra IPs that are not necessary will work around the issue for now.
