Issue/Introduction

After upgrade the window server to 2019, wasp crashing frequently with below error message:-

mar 21 23:11:25:652 FATAL [Thread-733, com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimHeartbeat] I lost my heartbeat. Exiting
Mar 21 23:12:51:684 [11372] Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>)

Environment

UIM 23.42

wasp 23.42

Cause

MCS interfere  that lot of connection requests from MCS and ADE probes towards controller in connected state,

Resolution

Follow the Below Step:-

== Deactivate the MCS Probe.

== Add the below setting at MCS.cfg

check_package_availability_interval = 1200

== Activate the MCS Probe.

Note:-

Need to Reboot the windows Serve
