Issue/Introduction

When uploading a PDF file, the generic banner message is displayed:

undefined <br>

The size is below 20 MB.

The workaround of re-defining the pdf type to txt or docx works.

Resolution

Open Adobe and open the file and convert it to an optimized PDF file type.
