Cost Plan detail page Description column is not editable

Issue/Introduction

The out of the box description field is not editable on the Cost Plan Details page. 

Cause

This field is only editable on Detailed (child) Rows in the Cost Plans.

 

Resolution

When a child row is created for a cost plan row the child is required to have a description.  

If you want/need an additional description field to use on the cost plan details you will need to create a custom attribute.
