URL shows the Clarity MUX login for SSO-enabled environments

Issue/Introduction

Accessing Clarity via the URL <clarityserver>/pm/#/login shows the Clarity MUX login page for SSO-enabled environments instead of the SSO login page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the browser bookmark save the Clarity URL with format https://<clarityserver>/pm/#/login
2. Now use the saved bookmark to login to Clarity

Expected Results: User shouldn't be shown the Clarity Login Page

Actual Results: User sees the Clarity Login Page as shown below

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.1

Workaround:

• Edit the bookmarked URL in the browser and remove '/pm/#/login'
• The URL should look like https://<clarityserver>
