Auto refresh in alarm console (Portal) not working

Issue/Introduction

Customer has enabled the auto refresh in the alarm console.

However, only the events section is being auto refreshed and we can see new events being displayed.

New alarms only can be seen in console if we click on refresh button:

Resolution

The fix will be delivered in Netops 24.3.4 version
