Issue/Introduction

Under the deletion job history on:

Enforce> System > Incident Data > Incident Deletion

You can see the status as 'duplicate' and the incident count is 'zero'.

Environment

Symantec DLP Enforce: 15.8.x / 16.0.x / 16.0.1.x / 16.0.2.x / 16.1

Cause

Explanation:  * Only one incident deletor process should be running at any one time.

Resolution

Our desired behavior is to report the "duplicate" status without rescheduling the deletion job since another deletion job is already running.

This is expected behavior and the product is working as designed.
