Getting Abends0c4 when trying option 11 Network in SYSViEW

The following error appears on the screen:

,IRX0250E System abend code 0C4, reason code 00000016.,

,***,

 REXX009E GSVN0004 failed, abend SC90-876.

Cause

The CNM4BREX library was changed to VB format., causing unexpected results in SYSVIEW.

Resolution

The CNM4BREX library was reformatted to VB due to a z/OS 2.5 concatenation requirement that all datasets be in the same format.   As documented in the section Library Concatenation - User Site and System, SYSVIEW requires the REXX libraries to be in FB format.  Once the dataset was reformatted back to FB the menu worked as expected.
