“BluePrint” card French translation under Administration

Issue/Introduction

"BluePrint” card under Administration is not getting translated to French. It gets translated to "Plans" when change the language from preferences.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to New UX
2. Navigate Administration -> Preferences -> Settings
3. Change the language to French

Expected Result: “BluePrint” card should get translated to “Gabarit”

Actual Result: “BluePrint” card gets translated to "Plans".
