After reactivating custom attributes, attributes are not available in field mapping for Clarity Rally Integration

Issue/Introduction

User deactivated custom field/attribute in Initiative object and reactivated it and ran the Import Integration Mappings job, but the attribute is unavailable in Clarity Rally Integration field Mapping.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Clarity Admin > Object > Create attribute, ex. Agile State (Lookup: Rally States)
2) Run Import Integration Mappings job
3) MUX Integration Mappings > Field Mappings to map field: Agile State to Rally Field: State
4) Run Sync job to synchronize the field/data with Rally
5) Clarity Admin > Object > Deactivate attribute Agile State
6) MUX Integration Mappings > Field Mappings right-click select "Delete Row" on the Agile State mappings field row
7) Run Import Integration Mappings job
8) Clarity Admin > Object > re-Activate the same attribute Agile State
9) Run Import Integration Mappings job

Expected: After reactivating attribute it's available in field mapping for Clarity Rally Integration
Actual: After reactivating the attribute is not available in field mapping for Clarity Rally Integration
Workaround: Create new attribute, downside is creating a new one will not bring over the data
