Unable to upgrade Aria Suite components as the upgrade option is dimmed in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager

Issue/Introduction

• Observed that the upgrade option is disabled despite being on the latest version of LCM for VRLI. 
• No option to upgrade the vRLI to 8.18.1

Environment

• VMware Aria Suite LifeCycle 8.x 
• VMware Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Cause

• PSPAK4 is a prerequisite to upgrade VMware Aria Operations for Logs to version 8.18.1.

Resolution

• Download and apply PSPAK4 to the current LCM 8.18 environment. 
• Retry the upgrade for VRLI.
