Issue/Introduction

A Bad link detected alarm is not triggering notification email but the device is in the Global Collection the SANM policy is applied to.

Environment

Dx NetOps Spectrum

Cause

The bad link alarm is asserted on the interface.
Unless the interface is added ot the global collection it would not pass the filter.

Resolution

Add the interface to the global collection the policy as applied to.
