Unable to get Web Agent 12.8 configurator to prompt for Apache version

Issue/Introduction

Configuring the Web Agent for Apache, the configurator doesn't find the Apache installation, and as such, the WebAgent.conf isn't created, and the httpd.conf doesn't get the needed configurations.

 

Environment

Web Agent 12.8 on Apache 2.4.62 on Windows 2022;

 

Resolution

 

 

1. Uninstall Apache services;
2. Install Apache as Windows service following the ReadMe.txt file indication:
   
   {install_path}\Apache24\bin\httpd.exe -k install -n "Apache2.4" -f "{install_path}\Apache24\conf\httpd.conf"
   
   
3. Run the configurator again. It should recognize the Apache installation.
