To work around this issue, contact Broadcom Support, note this Article ID (383840) in the problem description, and collect the following:

• Describe the pkgi packageName that has failed to reconcile and collect the output to upload to the SR:
  kubectl describe pkgi -n tca-system packageName > pkgi_tca-system.txt
