Issue/Introduction

Received error CASH_E_0148 NDMSOPT NDMSMCRM 0001 0000 from node A972 Submission failed, reason = CAU9EN2 is not active, cannot submit 11/29/2024 20.00.00 followed by the message .CASH_E_0009 Text = Interface not initialized.

Resolution

You need to take a look at the caiccid.prf file located in /opt/CA/SharedComponents/ccs/cci/config/hostname and modify the last line of the setting of Max_Recvrs to 200,400 and then do a recycle all.
