Copy Plan Always Shows 'Monthly' Period Type

Issue/Introduction

The Copy Plan pop-up always shows 'Monthly' even when you copy a Plan that does not have a 'Monthly' Period Type, even though the right Period Type is set after copying.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In the Modern UX, create a new Plan (e.g.: Benefit Plan) that has a Period Type set to 'Annual'.
  2. Right-click on the new (Annual) Plan and choose 'Copy'.

Expected Results: The Copy Plan pop-up has Period Type set to the same as the source Plan ('Annually') (read-only) and Annual Period types are displayed. After copying the Plan, the Period Type is set to 'Annually'.

Actual Results: The Copy Plan pop-up has Period Type set to 'Monthly' (read-only), but Annual Period types are displayed. After copying the Plan, the Period Type is set to 'Annually'.
